Today, people are more attracted towards fast food which leads to health issues. In most nations, individuals like to eat fast food because it is tasty. However, fast food develops problems in the human body like too much fat and salt. I believe that lack of physical exercise and eating unhealthy foods are the main cause of health problems for many modern citizens. People should do physical exercise and eat healthy food to control their body fat which leads to illness.
Most people who do office jobs are not focused on their health because of their busy schedule, and they face health related problems. Individuals sit in a chair the whole day at their work, and they are not doing any kind of physical exercise, even a short walk. This is the main reason for gaining a lot of access weight. To paraphrase, my uncle is a web developer, and he sits all day, then he drives to home, eats dinner and goes to sleep. Now, he cannot control his weight. Due to lack of exercise, fat is stored in the body and leads to disease. In order to stay away from health problems, people should start regular physical exercise.
Furthermore, many individuals like to eat junk food because it is taste. Fast food is high in calories, and it stored in the human as a fat. This is also a major cause of many health problems. For instance, my friend Orren likes to eat junk food daily and his body weight is around 110 kilograms. He has heart disease and diabetes. Therefore, people should eat healthy foods which have fewer calories like salads in order to live healthy life.
In conclusion, lack of exercise and poor diet are the two major causes of obesity. Therefore, citizens should do exercise daily and eat healthy food to live disease free lives. Physical exercise helps humans to stay fit, and healthy food reduces the risk of decease.
